This was my first week at my new job with Scholten Equipment in Burlington. Its another tractor dealership shop. they mainly deal with Kubotas. My first week went so great. I am doing some chores but getting to see how some of these tractors are split and how they work on the inside. I dont know if this applies to everyone but i have see tractors split and talked about them time and time again and still felt confused to an extent. But with these three cylinder Kubotas split and helping split them it feels so much more possible. Maybe just the size of them or that these dont have all the a/c and other auxilary functions but i undeerstand the inside much better. I have done some small put together stuff like putting a tailgate on an rtx 500. and putting the tall stack back on a larger tractor. But all in all i have realized that the atmosphere of your workplace greatly affects how you learn. even the smaller things you dont see so always have that in mind when your working. Are you learning everything you can? Can you learn faster? and do you even feel like your accomplishing anything? If not you better think about that.
