"Week two working" 9/30

This week we worked on the DC motors and in class we actually made one! Ill post a video. at work i was working on a G30R. its a cool little tractor and i did a full service on it. i changed all the oils and changed the glow plugs. the mower deck hooked to it got new blades. the last thing to replace is the engine belt and i will be doing that on monday then test running it. I helped put a rake together and helped on a tranmission job. I learned this week about diagnosing with electrical. when i did the glow plugs and testing the glow plugs.

"First week back" Sep 23rd

    The first week back at school has been great. really getting to dive head first into electrical has been awesome. being able to pull stuff apart and test it and see the process is perfect for me to learn. i did like going through the lighting boards to map out how a truck works. also at work on Saturday i pulled a glow plug and hooked it up to test it. and before i pulled it i tested the voltage and the resistance between the plug and the ground to see if they were burnt out or not.
